General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the Parties when using Cohost.lt housing rental and related services. We kindly ask you, as the recipient of the services (“You”), to read these terms and conditions fully and thoroughly.

Please note that when you select and order specific Cohost.lt services, you are also subject to the Special Terms and Conditions applicable to those services. These Special Terms elaborate and supplement the General Terms and Conditions. Together, they form an integrated and indivisible contract.

 

1. Terms and Conditions of Accommodation

Before confirming the reservation, the User shall be informed of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of booking.

Mandatory Acceptance: The User must read and acknowledge acceptance of the provided terms and conditions. Only after this acceptance can the User proceed with the payment of the reservation.

 

2. Reservations and Cancellation of Accommodation Services

The User must provide only accurate and truthful information when making a booking.

Only individuals of legal age may make a reservation on Cohost.lt.

Arrival at the Reserved Accommodation:

  • Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is allowed to check in.
  • Any additional guests must be arranged with Cohost.lt in advance, and additional charges may apply.
  • Check-in is only permitted from the designated check-in time.
  • The apartment must be vacated by the check-out time.
  • If the guest fails to vacate the apartment on time and does not inform the property about a late check-out, an additional daily booking fee may apply.

2.1 Cancellation Conditions and Reservation Changes

Free cancellation is possible at least 7 days before arrival.

If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Changes to the reservation dates or conditions are subject to prior agreement with the Cohost.lt team and availability.

If changes are made less than 7 days before arrival, an additional change fee may apply, or the booking may be considered canceled under the applicable rules.

 

3. Payment for Accommodation

Payment Terms:

  • A 30% deposit must be paid within 2 days of booking.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 2 days before arrival.
  • If the reservation is made 2 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total amount must be paid on the same day.

 

4. Rules Regarding the Use of the Accommodation and the User’s Responsibility

Users must properly use electrical appliances in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and must not leave them unattended.

Users are responsible for any damage to or destruction of property within the rental premises.

Users are responsible for any damage to or loss of keys, access cards, devices, or other property handed over at check-in.

Users must return all provided items no later than check-out.

Failure to return transferred property on time, or damage/loss of such property, will result in financial compensation for damages.

When using the Wi-Fi provided by the rental property, Users must not infringe on intellectual property rights or engage in any illegal activity.

 

5. Invoicing Procedure for Accommodation Services

If the Guest requires an invoice for accommodation services, they must inform Cohost.lt immediately after making the reservation. This can be done via: p. +3706 58 01 012 or [email protected]

The invoice will be issued after check-out.

 

6. Administrative Services

6.1 Principle of Service Provision

Cohost.lt provides comprehensive accommodation administration services, including:

  • Preparation and management of rental listings on leading rental platforms.
  • Pricing analysis to maximize occupancy rates and profits.
  • Housing maintenance, including cleaning services, inventory replenishment, and repair management.
  • Full guest communication, including inquiries, check-in/check-out, and issue resolution.
  • Financial accounting, including income and expense reports for homeowners.

 

6.2 Service Provision Procedures

Administrative services commence only after the contract has been signed.

Before signing the contract, the User is provided with:

A cooperation offer outlining the services, fees, and conditions.

A contract template for review, which includes:

  • Contract start date
  • Termination conditions
  • Scope of services

The management contract may be terminated with prior notice, in accordance with the contract terms.

 

6.3 Housing Maintenance and Technical Works

Cohost.lt organizes and ensures:

  • Regular cleaning and tidying of apartments
  • Replenishment of laundry, hygiene products, and other necessary supplies
  • Minor repairs and maintenance
  • Troubleshooting through our network of trusted partners

 

6.4 Accounting for Income and Expenditure

The homeowner receives regular financial reports, including detailed summaries of income and expenditure.

 

7. Consumer Dispute Resolution Information

Disputes concerning improperly provided services shall be resolved by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
