Fixed monthly rental

After signing a long-term rental agreement, we will pay you the agreed monthly rent. We are sure that we will be able to re-rent your unit for short-term stays and you will not need to worry about anything.

Management fee from
bookings received

Bookings for your rental property usually are made at least one month in advance. Depending on the number of orders our management fee is upwards of 20% of the revenue received. This option suits you perfectly if you plan on staying in the property yourself. We will share with you a constantly updated calendar where you can see all reservations and block available dates for your own stay.
